From JVC comes the Alneo XA-M series DAP which will be available in three capacities 4, 2 and 1GB respectively. Adopting a slim design the DAP packs in a six line OLED display, 100 song playlist and a FM tuner. The unit supports playback of MP3, WMA and WAV files. An entry level MP3 player is what you can call the XA-M, its onboard battery is good for 35 hours of continuous playback. Scheduled for early September release it will come in 5 colors - red, white, black, blue and pink gold with pricing at $120, $140 and $160 for 1, 4 and 6GB respectively.
