The Sony Silicon X-tal Reflective Display, also known as SXRD, aims to bring cinema-quality pictures to home cinema buffs. Utilizing technology from selected Sony Full HD home theatre projectors and BRAVIA TVs, the Sony SXRD range has recently seen a couple of new additions in the form of the VPL-VW50 projector and the 70" BRAVIA R-Series TV.
